Return Policy

At Integrity Care Services Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

  • You must initiate the return within [15/30] days of receiving the item

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., opened hygiene or medical supplies)

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards or downloadable software

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
